We are excited to announce the inaugural ASNWSDC 2026 which is a platform for Novice debaters with 2 years or less WSDC experience to compete against peers of similar ability to ensure a fair and competitive debate experience! WIth a stellar CAP line up, we can promise good motions as well as a deep adjudication pool and of course solid organization as usual! Details here:

⚖️Judge Rule: None (judges judge for free)

🏆 Format: WSDC (3v3, 30 min prep, 8 minute speeches & 4 minute replies)

-1 Prepared Round, 3 Impromptu Preliminary Rounds

- Prep time is 30 minutes after motion release for Impromptu Rounds

- All other rules remain the same as per WSDC format (bit.ly/WSDCFormat)

• Under-18 (15-17): Debaters aged 17 years old and below

• Under-16 (16-14): Debaters aged 15 years old and below

• Under-14 (11-13): Debaters aged 13 years old and below
