Intertext Education is excited to launch the Intertext World Schools Debate Championship 2026 (IPWSDC 2026). IPWSDC 2025 aims to be a competitive platform for students to pit their skills against other WSDC debaters around the world. National teams, school teams and even composite teams are welcome to join. Composite teams with participants from different schools or unaffiliated individuals under the age of 16 are allowed to compete as well.  Details as follows:
 
Dates: 18th - 19th April 2026 
Platform: Zoom 
Team cap: 60 teams
Judge Rule: None
CAP: Pratyush Kumar Shekhar, Vrinda Kudsia, Simon Harry A. Lindain

Format: WSDC (3v3, 30 min prep, 8 minute speeches & 4 minute replies)
World Schools Debating Championship

- Round 1, 2, 3 and outrounds are impromptu rounds, prep time is 30 minutes after motion release
- All other rules remain the same as per WSDC format (bit.ly/WSDCFormat)

Categories: U-18 (15-17 years old) & U-15 (12 - 14 years old)
